Services Provided
At the start of our relationship we will provide an inventory of your hardware and software; as we perform the inventory, discovered deficiencies may be noted and brought to the client’s attention.
On a regularly scheduled basis we will:
- Check available disk space
- Check success of backup jobs & media reports
- Check status of antivirus software
- Check status of UPS
- Review event & other server logs to verify health of server(s)
- Provide end-user support
- Provide via email a report outlining the accomplishments of each shift, provided punctually at the conclusion of each shift
